Neil Waters is the Co-founder of Terrasse De Luxe Inc. Back in 2012 he completed a degree in Marketing, Communications and Public relations in Ireland. After which he spent multiple years in the construction industry in Ireland, New Zealand, and Australia finally settling in Montreal, Canada. Using the skills he acquired he has gained invaluable experience and knowledge in the construction sector, dealing with customers and constructing their dream builds.
Simon Lecouffe Co-Founder and Owner
Simon Lecouffe is a Montreal local and the other co-founder of Terrasse De Luxe Inc. With 6 years of experience working for a family owned construction company, constructing new additions, renovating existing dwellings and exterior structures as well as landscaping, he has accumulated essential experience in both dealing with a variety of precision building and is there to assist you in all your construction needs.
